The house

Built into the hillside,
opened up to the view.

Nature Villa sits among pine, cypress and bougainvillea on the slopes of Cielo de Bonaire. Walls of glass on two floors frame the mountains on one side and the Bay of Alcúdia on the other.

You arrive at street level and step down to the entrance and the master bedroom. Below is one open space for kitchen, dining and living, with a fireplace for cooler months. It opens straight onto the decked terrace and the pool.

A fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a dining table for six, a sofa corner around the fireplace, and a smart TV with Apple TV and a sound system. Air conditioning and heating throughout, so it works in winter as well as summer.

Cielo de Bonaire is a quiet hillside between Alcúdia and the La Victòria peninsula. From here you can walk up to the Ermita de la Victòria and the trails beyond, or drive down to the walled old town of Alcúdia and the long beaches of the bay.
